The Chief Sales Officer is a proven sales professional who is responsible for the strategy and execution of direct to consumer sales initiatives in a break-through implant supported denture treatment in medical office locations. The ideal person will have a minimum of 7 years sales management experience and a documented record of sales and leadership success – both in the field and at headquarters. The CSO will lead a team of specialized relationship consultants, selling a revolutionary new dental solution to prospective patients in need of mouth restoration. This professional sales leader is expected to coach, motivate, educate and direct dental sales consultant teams while developing and implementing strategic plans that meet company sales goals.
