RETAINED SEARCH
Our Retained Search services are milestone-based. We proceed in a highly efficient and consultative fashion to find the perfect match between your needs and the skill sets of our candidates. Our retained executive search team is able to quickly deliver the most qualified candidates for your consideration.
MODIFIED RETAINED
Our Modified Retained Search Service is built to be more economical for clients. We offer reduced retainers, extended payment terms based on performance, allowing clients to get qualified and vetted candidate(s) before 80% of the fee is due, and only 50% of the fee is due before the candidate starts.
