About the Role

Development and execution of the strategic direction of the company

Responsible for timely creation and execution of the annual business plan with strict adherence to the budget

Creating KPIs for each of the leads of the executive management; identification and enhancement of the management team wherein necessary

Ensure the culture of the company enables a conducive culture for growth and progress

Ensure constant communication and coordination with the leadership team and the Board wherein necessary to review key progress, issues and concerns

Demonstrate objective judgement, the highest standards of integrity and ethics

Ensure all the board meetings of the company are conducted in an orderly fashion

Make sure all the financial proposals in the company are met with adequate challenges to ensure right decision making

Ensure cross company coordination amongst multiple CFTs to ensure the companies objectives are met

Develop a reporting system wherein progress is update to the leadership team in India
